SMOOTHIES

Super Green Power Smoothie
(serves1)


Ingredients:
-Handful of spinach
-Couple of slices of cucumber
-1/4 avocado
-1/4 grapefruit 
-1 scope of super green powder
-1/2 glass of water

Put all ingredients into the smoothie maker or blender and blend it for 30-40 seconds. And that`s all :)

Add a tsp of milled seeds (optional) e.g. flaxseed, pumpkin seed, almond, brazil nuts or hemp seed. It is tasty, healthy, full of vitamins and antioxidants. I add seeds to every smoothie I drink. :)
 This smoothie will give you the morning boost and keep you going for few hours without getting hungry.

Sunset


Ingredients:
-1/2 small banana
-1 small apple
-1/4 small carrot
-1/2 glass of water

Blend all ingredients together in the smoothie maker or blender. Add a tsp of your favourite milled seeds and enjoy :)


Berry Blues

Mix half a banana, a handful of blueberries and half a glass of water together in the smoothie maker or blender. Yum yum :) Enjoy.
