STUFFED AVOCADO

Serves 2 This is a wonderful and delicious  easy to make starter. Ingredients: -1 large ripped avocado -60g feta cheese-1/2 tin tuna-egg free mayonnaise -couple cherry tomatoes  -lemon juice and black pepper to taste Half the avocado and discard the stone.
